# Jay Karia

> GTM & Revenue Leader. Director of Growth at Fynd, where I lead the commercial layer for GlamAR, an AI-native commerce platform. Based in Mumbai. I scale B2B products from 0→1: the kind where there's no playbook and you have to write one as you go.

This site is the public version of how I work, what I've learned, and what I'm building. Three pillars: writing (essays on GTM and operator work), collections (lived experiences from trips and cities), and gear (the kit I actually use). The site is intentionally light on jargon and heavy on specifics.
